Cornerstone is the on-premise practice management system sold by IDEXX Laboratories. It covers appointment scheduling, medical records, treatment plans and estimates, invoicing, inventory, reminders, boarding and multi-location reporting, and it has been in clinical use long enough that a large share of established North American practices have a decade or more of history inside it. It runs on a Windows server on site with client workstations, rather than in a browser. The distinguishing feature is diagnostics integration.
