Reality capture and progress tracking that aligns site imagery to the model and the schedule
As of 1 September 2026, Reconstruct's pricing is not published; the vendor quotes on request. Turns 360 video, phone footage and drone imagery into a measurable, time-stamped 3D record of a site and compares it against the BIM model and the programme. Softwr lists it under Construction. Reconstruct is made by Reconstruct Inc, available on Web, iOS, Android.
Overview
Reconstruct processes site imagery captured on almost any device, including 360 cameras, smartphones and drones, and produces a georeferenced, measurable reality model. That model is then aligned to design drawings, the BIM model and the construction schedule, so a user can pick a date and a location and see what was actually built there against what should have been. The distinguishing capability is the alignment rather than the capture. Plenty of tools stitch 360 walkthroughs. Reconstruct ties the captured geometry to schedule activities, which is what turns a visual record into a progress percentage and, more importantly, into evidence. Contractors use that evidence in two commercially serious places: monthly progress claims that an owner would otherwise dispute, and delay analysis where the question is what existed on a given date. Buyers are general contractors, owners and construction managers on commercial, healthcare, airport and infrastructure work, particularly where senior staff are travelling to sites mainly to see whether the reported percentage is real. The trade-off is capture discipline. Reconstruct depends on somebody walking the site consistently, and the moment weekly capture slips to fortnightly the schedule comparison degrades into a photo archive.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about Reconstruct.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.

Answered, with sources
Each answer names the page it came from, so you can check it rather than take our word for it.
Not published. It is quoted per project or portfolio. Ask specifically whether the price scales by project count, square footage or capture volume, because those give very different totals.
No. It works from 360 cameras and even smartphone video. Drones and scanners improve exterior and accuracy-critical coverage.
Accurate enough for progress, coordination and dispute evidence. It is not a substitute for survey-grade laser scanning where tolerances matter.
The customer. Confirm the export format and retention terms in the contract before handover, because a reality archive is only useful if you can still open it in five years.
No. It integrates with Procore and Autodesk Construction Cloud and adds the visual as-built layer.
