What Nuclino does

Nuclino is a collaborative workspace where every page is an item, items link to each other, and the same collection can be viewed as a nested list, a Kanban board, a table or a link graph. Editing is real time and the editor is deliberately minimal: Markdown shortcuts, embeds, code blocks with syntax highlighting and mentions, without databases, formulas or nested page templates. The difference that matters is performance and scope discipline. The application loads and searches noticeably faster than the larger workspace suites because it does far less, and the company is a small team in Munich hosting in the European Union, which is a practical advantage for organisations that have to justify where internal documentation is stored under GDPR. Pricing is per user per month with a free tier that is capped by item count rather than by feature, so the free plan stops working at around fifty items rather than degrading slowly. Buyers are small and mid-sized teams that want internal knowledge to be findable without administering a wiki.
