Lofty: If you want a comparable full-platform CRM from a different vendor to compare pricing against

Real estate CRM and lead conversion platform from Inside Real Estate, rebranded from kvCORE in 2024
As of 1 September 2026, BoldTrail's pricing is not published; the vendor quotes on request. The flagship real estate agent and brokerage platform from Inside Real Estate, renamed from kvCORE in June 2024, still frequently searched under its old name; pricing is entirely custom-quoted and industry-tracked estimates put a solo agent at several hundred dollars a month all-in. Softwr lists it under Real Estate. BoldTrail is made by Inside Real Estate, available on Web, iOS, Android.
Overview
BoldTrail is an all-in-one real estate platform combining a CRM, IDX-powered websites, automated lead nurturing, behavioural lead scoring and transaction management, aimed at individual agents, teams and brokerages. It grew out of kvCORE, one of the most widely deployed brokerage platforms in the United States, and Inside Real Estate rebranded the product to BoldTrail in June 2024 while carrying forward the same underlying technology and much of the same customer base. The commercial detail buyers need is that BoldTrail publishes no price list; every quote is generated through a custom sales process, commonly framed as a short questionnaire that routes to a sales conversation. Independent tracking of actual quotes in 2026 puts a solo agent around 300 to 500 US dollars a month all-in once setup is amortised, small teams around 700 to 1,200 US dollars a month, and larger brokerages moving into a wide range from around 1,500 US dollars up to 5,000 US dollars a month or more depending on the add-on modules, BackOffice and Recruit, and headcount licensed. Contracts default to annual terms, and month-to-month is rarely offered without specific negotiation. Buyers are brokerages and teams already invested in the kvCORE ecosystem, or agents comparing it against Lofty (formerly Chime) and Follow Up Boss as the other major full-platform options. The trade-off is that the product is priced and packaged for brokerage-scale deployment, so a solo agent pays enterprise-shaped pricing model complexity for a single-user need, and the true monthly cost is not knowable without going through a sales call.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about BoldTrail.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.

Softwr does not host reviews and shows no star rating for BoldTrail, because a rating we did not collect is not ours to publish. What is here is the pricing and platform detail from the vendor’s own pages, limitations we could state concretely, and alternatives a reviewer confirmed people weigh against it.
