- Charge capture is only as complete as the integration, so with a system other than ezyVet some items still need manual transfer and the business case weakens.
- It assumes a tablet at the point of care, so the real cost includes hardware, charging, cases and replacing devices that get dropped in a ward.
- Adoption is a nursing workflow change rather than a software install, and a team that keeps a paper sheet running in parallel gets the cost with none of the benefit.
- Buying it deepens a single-supplier relationship that may already cover the practice system and the diagnostics, which reduces leverage in every future negotiation.
Vetstoria
- It is a booking layer and nothing else, so a practice also wanting reminders, two way client messaging, loyalty or marketing buys a second product, most likely a sibling Petvisor brand, and pays two subscriptions.
- Pricing bands are set by number of practising clinicians and step up sharply, so a practice adding a fourth or eighth vet crosses a band boundary and takes a large percentage price rise for one hire.

No, it integrates with other practice management systems, but the charge capture and patient sync are most complete with ezyVet and that is where the revenue argument is strongest.
Vetstoria: Does Vetstoria book directly into my PIMS?
Yes, that is the core function. Bookings write into the practice diary in real time rather than queuing as requests, where the PIMS integration supports it.
Vet Radar: How is this different from a paper treatment sheet?
A paper sheet records care. Vet Radar records care and turns each completed item into a billable line, which is the part paper cannot do.
Vetstoria: Who owns Vetstoria?
Petvisor, which also owns PetDesk, WhiskerCloud and Kontak, and which raised over 100 million dollars from Apax Digital in 2023. It is not owned by IDEXX; IDEXX is an integration partner.
Vet Radar: Does it work offline?
