GNU Solidario, a Spanish nonprofit NGO, as an official GNU package under the GPL.

Yes. It holds 510(k) clearance K192854 for two dimensional mammography from July 2020, a November 2021 clearance for digital breast tomosynthesis, and two further clearances in October 2024 for later versions.
