Modular spend management combining corporate cards, accounts payable, procurement and travel
As of 1 September 2026, Payhawk's pricing is not published; the vendor quotes on request. A spend management platform sold as separate priced modules, so a company can buy cards and expenses without also paying for procurement or travel. Softwr lists it under Payroll. Payhawk is available on Web, iOS, Android.
Overview
Payhawk combines corporate card issuing, expense management, accounts payable automation, procurement and travel booking into one system for finance teams, with ERP integrations to NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Xero. Every module ships with unlimited employee seats and unlimited card transactions rather than per-seat pricing. What distinguishes it is the modular, published pricing itself: Travel starts at 299 dollars a month, Accounts Payable at 349, Cards and Expenses at 449, and Procurement at 499, or a company can buy Payhawk Complete as a bundle. Most competitors in this space (Backbase-adjacent spend tools, Yokoy before its acquisition, Airbase) quote privately, so a buyer can actually budget Payhawk before a sales call, and can decline the modules it does not need rather than buying a suite. Buyers are midsize and large multinational businesses, typically finance teams standardising expense and payables workflows across several European entities. The trade-off is that per-module pricing adds up quickly once a company wants the full stack, and the unlimited-seats model works against a company mainly issuing cards to a small number of employees, since the module price is fixed regardless of how few people use it.
The honest half
Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about Payhawk.
Cross-shopped
Each pairing was judged by two reviewers asking whether a buyer would genuinely weigh the two against each other. The ones that failed were deleted rather than published.

Softwr does not host reviews and shows no star rating for Payhawk, because a rating we did not collect is not ours to publish. What is here is the pricing and platform detail from the vendor’s own pages, limitations we could state concretely, and alternatives a reviewer confirmed people weigh against it.
