What Omnea does
Omnea handles the request-to-contract stage of procurement: intake, conditional approval routing, supplier onboarding, due diligence and third-party risk assessment, contract capture and renewal management. Workflows are built without code, and AI features assist with RFx drafting, parsing supplier documents against policy, and generating risk assessments. What distinguishes it from the intake tools it competes with is that third-party risk is treated as part of the buying workflow, not bolted on. Security questionnaires, data processing checks and ongoing supplier monitoring run through the same process that approves the spend, which suits organisations under GDPR, DORA or similar obligations where evidencing supplier diligence is a regulatory requirement rather than good practice. Buyers are European and international enterprises with a procurement function and a real compliance burden.
