MyOperator

Indian cloud call management and WhatsApp platform priced per plan, not per agent

As of 31 August 2026, MyOperator's pricing is not published; the vendor quotes on request. Cloud telephony for Indian SMEs sold in fixed monthly bundles that include ten users, so a five-person team pays the same as a ten-person one. Softwr lists it under Telecommunications. MyOperator is made by MyOperator (VoiceTree Technologies), available on Web, iOS, Android, API.

Overview

What MyOperator does

MyOperator provides cloud call management for Indian businesses: IVR, call distribution and routing, call recording, missed-call services, toll-free and virtual numbers, WhatsApp Business messaging and a reporting layer for tracking team call performance. Its market is the Indian SME that needs a professional call flow on a business number without buying a contact centre, and it is sold heavily to clinics, coaching institutes, real estate agencies, ecommerce sellers and D2C brands. The pricing structure is the differentiator and the trap. MyOperator does not price per agent. The Sedan plan is 5,000 rupees a month billed yearly and includes ten users. SUV is 15,000 rupees a month, also for ten users, adding web calling, whisper and barge, smart IVR, CRM integrations, API access and real-time dashboards. That works out to 500 rupees per user per month at the bottom, which is competitive, but only if you actually have ten people. A four-person clinic pays for ten seats. The AI Team and Enterprise tiers are quoted rather than published. The add-ons matter as much as the plan. Truecaller Business verification, which is how Indian consumers decide whether to answer an unknown number, starts at 30,000 rupees a month, six times the entry plan. A 1800 toll-free number is 500 rupees a month minimum, an auto-dialler is 700 rupees per user per month, and WhatsApp messages are passed through at Meta rates of roughly 0.95 rupees for marketing and 0.13 for utility and authentication. Buyers should price the configuration they need, not the plan headline. There is a 30-day refund policy and support is India-based.

What people use it for

  • A multi-branch Indian clinic that needs patient calls routed to the right location by IVR and every missed call logged for callback
  • A coaching institute running admissions enquiries where the WhatsApp thread and the phone call must sit against the same lead
  • A D2C brand whose support number must never ring out, needing call distribution across a small team plus recording for quality checks
  • An outbound sales team in India that wants verified caller identity so prospects answer calls from an unknown number

The honest half

Where it falls short

Concrete and checkable, so you can decide whether any of them matter to you. This is the half of a review a vendor will not write about MyOperator.

  • Plans bundle ten users at a fixed price, so a team of three or four pays for ten and the effective per-user cost is two or three times the headline 500 rupees.
  • Truecaller Business verification, which is what actually raises answer rates for Indian outbound calling, starts at 30,000 rupees a month, six times the entry plan price, and is not included at any tier.
  • CRM integrations and API access only appear on the SUV plan at 15,000 rupees a month, so a small business that needs call data in its CRM must pay triple the entry price.
  • Plans are billed yearly, so the advertised monthly figure is an annual commitment in practice and there is no cheap monthly path to trial the product in production.
  • It is an India-focused product with rupee pricing, Indian numbering and India-based support, which makes it unsuitable for businesses whose calling volume sits outside India.
