No. You can export documentation of the steps, but not runnable code. Budget for re authoring the suite.
Tricentis Tosca: Is Tosca scriptless?
Test assembly is scriptless, but non trivial estates still need TQL queries and custom modules, which is programming under another name.
mabl: Does auto healing actually work?
