Yes. Bare React Native projects build fine, which is a common misconception that costs teams an unnecessary evaluation.
NativeScript: Who owns NativeScript?
No single company. It originated at Telerik and Progress Software and is now governed as an OpenJS Foundation project with no commercial licence tier.
EAS Build: Why not just use GitHub Actions macOS runners?
