PDAL: Is PDAL a product I can buy?
No. It is a free BSD-licensed library and command line tool. There is nothing to purchase.
Fused: How much does it cost?
Free, then $20, $200 and $2,000 per month for Starter, Developer and Professional. Usage allowances are not itemised publicly.
PDAL: Who maintains it?
