Badoo was founded in April 2006 in London by Russian entrepreneur Andrey Andreev and is available in 190 countries in 47 languages.

Yes. In Bumble's dating mode, only women can initiate conversations after a match. Men can only send a message once a woman messages first, and women have 24 hours to initiate contact or the match expires.
